AFERPI, Acciaierie e Ferriere di Piombino S.p.A., is an iron and steel company which bought the Lucchini plant located in Piombino (Italy). In the railway sector AFERPI is the only italian producer of rails up to 108 meters lenght unwelded for High Speed and conventional networks. AFERPI got all the brands and know how developed in over 100 years of steel manufacturing history.
