Trade visitors and interested parties can also register here free of charge.
It will of course still be possible to register at the Visitors Service Point at the venue but a small administration fee of 15.00 Euro will be charged per person.

Application for exhibitors
Application for exhibitors is closed now!
The stand planning for the trade fair is now finalised. This time there will be round about 200 exhibitors from the areas of rail technology and infrastructure from 21 countries. They will be accommodated in the three big exhibition halls with 15'000 m2 hall space and 5'000 m2 outdoor area and on more than 3'000 m of track.
The organisers of the fair are particularly pleased with this new record number of exhibitors.

The VDEI advises exhibitors that a company from Mexico, Commercial
Online Manuals S de RL de CV, is currently making a widescale effort to write
to exhibitors of iaf, asking them to add their names to Expo-Guide, an
exhibitor online directory compiled by that company. The small print on the
form of tender includes a condition which stipulates that, upon signing, the
exhibitor shall be bound to three years of annual payments of € 1,271 to
that company.
Expo-Guide and Fair-Guide are NO partners of the iaf.
Only the VDEI and the publisher DVV Media Group/ Eurailpress guarantee
inclusion in official publications (exhibitor directories, catalogue entries
etc.).
The VDEI advises any exhibitors who are in doubt to contact iaf-team
directly.
