Storage of access data

Every time a user accesses our website and every time a file is downloaded, his access data are saved in a log file on our provider's server.
The stored data are used solely for statistical purposes. No person-related evaluation takes place. No data will be passed on to third parties either for commercial or for non-commercial purposes.

Communication by e-mail and contact form

When you contact us by e-mail or by contact form, we record the details given by you in order to be able to respond.
Please note that while being transmitted across the internet your data is not protected and theoretically might be seen and altered by unauthorised third parties.

Use of data to fulfil our own internal business purposes

When you register online for an event or when a contract is entered into in any other way, the data required for this purpose (name, address, data to fulfil the contract) will be stored and processed by us (as per § 4 Par. 1 in conjunction with § 28 Par. 1 No. 1 BDSG [Federal Data Protection Act]).
